Company History

Celtic Services VB, LLC was founded by Michael O' Brien in 2008.
The company was esablished with three main principals:

Celtic Services is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture. Our main equipment includes a bucket truck, dump truck, chip truck, chipper, an articulated tractor with turf tires, a farm tractor, F250, stump grinder, tillers, brush cutter, and countless saws.

About Michael O' Brien

Michael emigrated from Ireland in 1995 and continued his trade as a mechanic for a company on Dam Neck Naval Station. In a short time, Michael became the project manager of all grounds maintenance for the base.

In 1999, he helped establish Serenity Services Inc, a local tree and landscaping company. In 2008, the owner of Serenity retired from the business, leading Michael to purchase the company.

Michael is proud of his Irish heritage but has also always loved the United States. He became a Naturalized Citizen in 2003. Michael is an ISA certified arborist.
